Submit your Field Notes

Field Notes are not quick reviews. They’re small stories—moments that connect a place, its people, and its coffee. Think of them as a way to document what you saw, felt, and tasted in a way that could only happen there.

If your notes are approved and published, you’ll receive 25 points toward your status.

What We’re Looking For

A sense of place – Where are you? What does it feel like to be there? Paint the scene.

Connection to the craft – Tell us something about the coffee, the people who make it, or the way they care for it. What stood out, and why?

Honesty – Be clear about what was great and where it fell short, but keep it respectful.

Your perspective – Write as if you’re telling a friend who actually cares about good coffee.

Length & tone – A short story, not a blurb. Around 300–400 words works best. Good photos are encouraged.

Why It Matters

Every approved Field Note becomes part of a record of the world’s best coffee experiences. Take a little time, notice the details, and tell the story only you can tell.
